Georgia Swarm Activates Jordan Hall, Chad Tutton and Kevin Orleman Prior to Tonight's Game

(DULUTH, Ga.) - The Georgia Swarm have made a flurry of roster moves before tonight's game against the Toronto Rock. Forward Jordan Hall and transition player Chad Tutton are making their season debuts with the Swarm, and goaltender Kevin Orleman is also being activated to the Active Roster from the Evaluation Period. Faceoff is set for 7:05 p.m. ET. Hall was acquired via a trade with the New England Black Wolves in the offseason following the 2016 NLL season. Georgia sent three draft picks ... Full Story

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Gets Taylor, Zink and Schulze from Wheeling

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that the Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL) have reassigned defenseman Jeff Taylor to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton from their ECHL affiliate, the Wheeling Nailers. Also, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton has recalled defenseman Dylan Zink from Wheeling and signed defenseman Kevin Schulze to a professional tryout agreement. Taylor skated in three games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton this season after joining the team on an amateur tryout agreement late in the 2016-17 campaign. Amerks Offense Explodes for 12-3 Win over First-Place Penguins

(Rochester, NY) ... A total of 10 different Rochester Americans (26-13-7-5) skaters recorded multi-point efforts as the Amerks exploded for a 12-3 win over the first-place Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins (30-14-3-1) to snap a season-long five-game winless streak Friday at The Blue Cross Arena. The 12 goals by the Amerks marks the first time Rochester has scored 12 or more goals in a game since April 7, 1985 in a 13-3 win over St. Catharines. Boyd Scores Four Goals as Bears Beat Laval, 6-3

(Laval, QC)- Travis Boyd scored four goals to lead the Hershey Bears to a 6-3 win over the Laval Rocket on Friday night at Place Bell. In the first ever meeting between the two teams, Hershey's Vitek Vanecek stopped 17 of 20 shots en route to the Bears first win away from Giant Center in 2018. The Chocolate and White opened the scoring by posting their seventh shorthanded goal of the season.
