OTTAWA - A Coco Johnson two-run home run helped the Champions get a crucial split of a double header on the back half of a Sunday afternoon at the ballpark. The Champions dropped Game 1 of the twin bill 6-2, and then rebounded to take the 5-3 victory.
Hal Lanier, the Champions manager, thought the comeback was good for team moral after a tough start to the afternoon I Game 1.
