April 23, 2024 - PITTSBURGH - Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC forward Edward Kizza was named as the USL Championship Player of the Week, presented by Konami eFootball, the league announced this afternoon.
Kizza helped spark the Hounds offense to life last Saturday in a 3-1 road win at defending league champion Phoenix Rising FC. The third-year Hounds player set up the opening goal by Kazaiah Sterling with a tricky backheeled pass in the box; the combination also earned a nomination for USL Championship Goal of the Week .

Rémi Cabral scored for Phoenix (2-4-1), which tied the match 1-1 before halftime. The Hounds (1-3-2) pulled away to win by being only the second team in seven matches to score multiple goals against Phoenix.

April 19, 2024 - PITTSBURGH - Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC has hired experienced youth coach Josh Kremers to join the Riverhounds Development Academy staff as the club's Boys Regional League Director & Academy Scout.
In his new role, Kremers will oversee all aspects of the Boys ECNL Regional League teams, while also leading scouting efforts for the RDA with a focus on recruiting top talent and ensuring that players' educational and housing needs are met while playing for the club.
